Huset ligger i ett lugnt område med gångavstånd till affär, restauranger och bad.
Huset har tre sovrum med 6 bäddar. På nedervåningen ett stort sovrum med dubbelsäng, kök, badrum och tvättstuga.
På övervåningen finns två sovrum med enkelsängar som man bäddar ut till dubbelsängar, toalett och ett stort allrum men härlig utsikt över Bovallstrand och havet. Vi använder huset själva så det är ett komplett kök, wifi, diskmaskin, strykjärn, tv, tvättmaskin, torktumlare. Dom torrvaror som finns i huset får brukas av hyresgästen. Huset har en parkering platts och en stor altan med utemöbler.
