Large duplex apartment in Visby Inner City

Just below Stora Torget and just a stone's throw from both the promenade and the botanical garden and several medieval buildings and ruins is this nice 7-room apartment.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rent but not bed making and/or cleaning before departure.

It is important that those of you who want to rent can guarantee that you will be quiet and discreet when you are in the apartment and in the courtyard outside the apartment, as this is a condition from the association for me to rent out the apartment and as there are families with children living in the house and it is my and my children's home when I am not renting.

The rent includes a duvet with double pillows as well as bed linen and two towels per person. (Bedding and departure cleaning are not included.) Furthermore, four rolls of toilet paper, one roll of kitchen paper as well as soap, shampoo, spices and coffee filters and similar basic goods (in normal quantities) are included.

The apartment consists of five, two living rooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor and the possibility of simple preparation on the upper floor (but there is a refrigerator and dishwasher, etc. also on the upper floor).

Good to know: The apartment can be reached from both S:t Hansgatan and Mellangatan. The address is S:t Hansgatan 35 and the entrance to the apartment is from an inner courtyard that has an entrance door to both S:t Hansgatan and Mellangatan. In addition to the regular exit downstairs, there is an emergency exit upstairs. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors in all rooms.
