We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house. The house is a bit older but everything was clean and functional and the special design of the house is exceptional. The view from the terrace is fantastic and the covered part with the stones is unique. Only the kitchen could have been a little better equipped. The location is also super. Quiet and right next to the forest. You can barely see the neighbors. But you are quickly on the main road and can quickly reach Gothenburg or Tjörn or the rest of the surroundings. We are a Danish family with children aged 18 and 21. We have had a really nice holiday for two weeks in this very nice, cozy and beautiful house, directly to the forest and with the most amazing view over the archipelago. The location is top for day trips to the area's many attractions. Can be especially recommended to those interested in nature. We have had so many good experiences from here and can warmly recommend a holiday here. We would love to come again.

Relax on sun-warmed rocks and enjoy the salty ocean by taking the bike and visit the nearby nature reserve for a swim from the nature beach area on islet. The distance is about 1,7 km. Kåkenäs & Getskär's bathing areas are also nearby, the latter has rocks, a bathing jetty, a kiosk and dry toilets and a long sandy beach for children. Bathing jetty and deeper water is available as well as good parking area.

You can also take a walk to a small picturesque farm café situated only 700 m down the hill from the cottage. Here You can enjoy coffee and pastry both inside the building built in the 1800- century and outside in a flourishing garden.
