Very nice and modern single-storey villa with large paved patio and open floor plan in a very quiet and pleasant residential area in Visby.

The house is located 7 minutes by car from the harbor in Visby and is easily reached via the ferry route.

5 ROOMS of which 4 bedrooms. 5 regular beds (one double bed and three single beds) and room for 3 guest beds.

200 m from the house is a large forest area with many fine paths and dirt roads for walking, cycling or jogging.

500 m to outdoor pool. 2 km to Ica Maxi 3.5 km to the ring wall. Broadband and Wi-fi. Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor furniture, grill and lounge furniture.

Väldigt bra boende o läge. Vi var 4 vuxna o 3 barn mellan 10-12 år som hade boendet som utgångsläge för många olika utflyktsmål på Gotland. Cyklade ner till Visby centrum på 15-20 minuter. Allt var välordnat i huset och köket hade mycket bra matlagningsmöjligheter. Fotbollsplan o basketplan i närheten när barnen behövde leka av sig. I närheten fanns även en slinga i skogen där vi tog promenader, joggingturer o cyklade med MTB.
