A modern, bright, renovated holiday home with over seven meters of ceiling height and tasteful decor. The house has a fantastic location about two meters from the water with its own dock and rowing boat. Here you can enjoy life and nature in peaceful surroundings. Large terrace with magnificent views of the water and forest. 4 beds in guest cottage with fridge and TV. Fishing opportunity from the pier or from the boat. The bay is known to be a good fishing spot both summer and winter, especially fishing for pike and perch. The bay is dredged so you can go out to open sea by boat. The house is built focusing on taking in nature, having large windows facing the lake that can be fully opened during summer season . Sauna with relaxation room with direct access to the water.. Many walking trails and excursion opportunities available around . Approximately 15 minutes drive to downtown Hudiksvall where shopping, restaurants , an 18-hole golf course , cinema etc are available . Child-friendly sandy beaches at Malnbaden are located only 15 minutes away by car . Fantastic berry picking- areas as well as mushroom fields surround this property . Closest neighbor approximately 250 meters away.

In 2022 all flooring was re-insulated & replaced in main cottage at same time new kitchen was installed.. Rental comes equipped along a rowboat , two bicycles , basic grill facilities .

Certain seasons offer swimming opportunities directly off dock depending upon water level which is influenced due constructed fish pond on opposite side of road.

Barbeque facilities – A freestanding Weber Fireplace for charcoal or wood. Perfect for grilling sausages or meat with a grill grate.
Broadband – WiFi is included in the rental, but the speed can be as low as 5 Mbit/sec depending on the weather. Netflix usually works fine.
Dogs not allowed – Dogs are generally not allowed due to allergies, but may be approved by agreement.
Mobile telephone coverage – There is mobile phone coverage in the area, but it's somewhat limited. We recommend the operators Telia and Telenor. 5G is available at times.
No smoking indoors
Open fireplace – There is a fireplace in the living room and one in the master bedroom of the main cottage. In addition, there is a powerful Jøtul stove in the kitchen.
Outdoor furniture – There is a table for 6 people and a table for 4 people. These can be placed next to each other to create a long table. 8 chairs are included. In addition, there are 2 sun loungers.
Outdoor place (terrace etc) – Large terrace around the main cottage and plenty of lawn for games and the like.
Separate bedrooms – There are 4 bedrooms in total in the cottage and guest cottage. Two of these are walk-through to another bedroom.
TV – There is satellite TV in the cottage that can be viewed from the TV in the living room. Here are the most common Swedish channels from Canal Digital. In addition, there is a selection of German channels. The upstairs TV is used for things like Playstation 3. The guest house TV is used for terrestrial Swedish TV channels.

Shower – There is a 120 liter hot water tank in the cottage. This lasts for several moderate showers per day, but can run out and needs to heat up again if many showers are taken closely together.

Bicycle rental – Two small-sized mountain bikes are included in the rental.
Boat rental – A rowboat with oars is included in the rental.
Fishing – There are plenty of pike and perch in the bay. Bring your own fishing equipment. No fishing license is needed. We greatly appreciate "catch and release" if the fish is not going to become a wonderful dinner.
Golf – There are several golf courses in the area. The nearest is an 18-hole course in Idenor.
Hiking trails – There are many nice roads and trails in the area. The Lingarö Association has some on a map: http://www.lingarogarden.se/lingaro/elementor-492/
Indoor swimming facilities – There is a nice indoor swimming pool in Hudiksvall and a spa at Hölick.
Outdoor swimming facilities (beach) – There is a dock with a swimming ladder on the property. When it's low tide or there's a lot of seaweed, we recommend swimming from the boat or just from the boathouse location at the end of the bay.
