Lovely summer residence located in the heart of Fiskebäckskil, renovated in Spring 2023. About 20 meters from the sea with a lake view from the balcony and the patios. There are two small patios, both with dining areas. Two nice bedrooms on the upper floor and a TV / living room with bed sofa on the lower floor. Generous dining area and open-plan kitchen. Close to nice child-friendly beach, tennis courts, golf, riding school, several restaurants and grocery store. Ferry connection to Lysekil.

Price per week to 20000 SEK

During high season (June 19 until August 31) will the rent be 20 000 SEK per week. We do not normally rent out the house for a shorter period than 1 week but this could be discussed during low season or in case of a rental with short notice.

Cleaning cost will be added to the price and specified with exact cost in the contract.
