Newly renovated apartment with panorama lake view

Welcome to our calm and relaxing apartment beautifully situated next to Örsjön. The apartment is situated on the first floor (please note stairs only) of an old barn and was recently fully renovated with new light floors, walls and ceiling. The glass doors open up to a balcony with panorama view of the landscape including lake Örsjön, Kroppefjäll and the fields.

Inside the openspace entrance-kitchen-livingroom is equipped with refrigiator, freezer, oven, cooking plates, coffee brewer, water kettle, DVD-player, a bedsofa (1-2 persons), dining table. WIFI is included. In the back of the apartment you will find the bedroom (2 beds) and bathroom (WC and shower).

The balcony is spacious and is equipped with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the afternoon sun and often beautiful sunsets with the lake and Kroppefjäll as background.

A 100-meter walk an you are next to the lake, and during the season you can use the jetty, which we are sharing with our 3 neighbours. Fishing possiblities in Örsjön (mandatory permits can be bought online). Berries and mushrooms can be found in the forests of Kroppefjäll.

We live 30 meters away from the apartment which makes both private life and possibility to ask for help during your visit. You can easily park your car next to the barn. Please observe the stairs which takes you to the apartment. We recommend 2+1 persons since the bedsofa is 140 cm wide, but 2+2 is could be possible. A simple barbecue grill can be borrowed and used in the garden. Pets are not allowed in the non-smoking apartment.

The apartment is situated about halfway between Mellerud and Brålanda. The nearest community with a food store is Dals Rostock, 15 minutes away by car.
