Welcome to our solid mountain cabin built in 2010 with wood stove, sauna and practical amenities such as dishwasher and washing machine. Cross-country and snowmobile trails are less than 50 meters from the house. From Ljusnedals Fritidsby, where the house is located, you can reach Funäsdalen village, where you will find grocery stores, restaurants and a liquor store, etc. in 6 minutes by car. Funäsdalsbacken is just as close and you can reach Hamra/Tänndalen, Ramundberget and Bruksvallarna in 20-30 minutes. The same ski pass is valid in all systems. The slopes of Funäsdalsberget can be seen from the living room window.

The house has an open floor plan with the dining area, living room and kitchen in a bright and spacious room with an open ceiling. There are a total of 8 beds.

Lower floor:
- Large living room with kitchen, dining area (8-10 people), sofa corner, TV and a wood stove.
- Fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and waffle iron.
- Bedroom 1: A double bed
- Bedroom 2: A bunk bed with a wider lower bed (family bed)
- Fully tiled bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and sauna.
- Hall with storage room with underfloor heating, boot dryer and dehumidifier where clothes and boots can be effectively dried.

Upper level (loft)
- A double bed and 2 single beds

Miscellaneous
- Access to a lockable storage room next to the house with space for storing equipment
- Smoke- and pet-free cottage (dog has stayed in the house)
- 4G mobile network
- Exchange day Saturday for weekly rent
