Very nice location with a view over Lake Åresjön, Mountain Renfjället and Åreskutan. Near the slope towards Åre lift system/Skistar, skiing all the way back to the house.

The apartment is 135 m² in total in two floors.
Top floor: 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Ground floor: A large lounge area open plan with kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and shower, sauna.

Free wireless wifi network in the whole house.

Suitable for families and/or companies. Near Copperhill Spa hotel, where many larger conferences are held.

Björnen skiing area is connected to the Åre lift system. Family friendly area with lovely slopes for children together with walking distance to Björnen centre with restaurants, supermarket, cross country ski tracks, dogsled, ski rental, skiing school etc.
During summer near backpacking, bicycling/downhill, fishing, golf and several other activities.
