Large house of 150 m2 for rent.

The house has three bedrooms, which are located on the upper floor, 1 room with a double bed and a small balcony, 1 room with a 1.10-bed and 1 room with a 1.20-bed. If necessary, extra beds can be arranged. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with kitchen appliances, crockery and glassware. In the kitchen there is also a cozy wood stove that can be used. There are two toilets, a bathroom with shower downstairs and a small toilet upstairs. Large living room with TV and here, too, there is a wood burning stove. We also offer the options of buying Finewood. Wi-Fi is included.

The house is located separately and has the forest next to the house. There are nice forest/walking paths directly from the house. Very good berry and mushroom forest and if you're lucky you can see both deer and moose. The magical Ramhultafallet and lovely Sätila Strand, the swimming area at Lygnern and nearby lakes are nearby. The center of Sätila is about 4 km from the residence. As I said, there is a swimming area here, but also mini golf, a restaurant, pizzeria and a grocery store. It's not far to Gothenburg, Borås, Kungsbacka and Varberg or why not take a detour past Ullared? Golf courses are available in several places within reasonable driving distance, 30-40 min.

Good parking in front of the house. Storage of brought bicycles, canoes and the like can be arranged by agreement. Parties and events, such as "open house" are not allowed.

Price from 2 000 SEK/day.
Price from 8000 - 11 000 SEK/week, depending on season and demand.

During the summer, the house is rented out only on a weekly basis.

Final cleaning can be purchased. Price: 1 500 SEK.
Sheet set and two towels/person are available for rent. Price 250 SEK/person

Jätte mysigt boende med fint och skönt området. Passar perfekt till familjen med barn. Hyresvärden är mycket snälla😊Vi kommer gärna tillbaka på sommaren eller hösten. Där är mycket platser att promenera och cykla. Jag rekommendera och tack så jättemycket en gång till för underbar påsk🐇🥚😊🌷

Fantastiskt boende för familj med tre vuxna barn och en hund. Väl tillrättalagt för hund, med grindar inomhus. Trevligt trädäck. Utrustningsnivån hög, bättre än vad vi förväntade oss från annonsen. Mycket trevliga uthyrare.
