A Lovely summer house located on a lush nature plot, about 400 mts from the sea and a children friendly beach with a beach village (restaurant, pool, etc.). On the ground plot is also a boules court and a patio of circa 90m².
The house is located about 30 minutes south of Visby, 5km from Visby Golf Club, one of Sweden's most beautiful golf courses. The house was completed during 2022.
