Gästhus med 1 sovrum (2 enkelsängar) tillgängligt maj-oktober (ej renoverat eller vinterbonat). Finns 2 extra golvmadrasser. Tvättmaskin, torktumlare, diskmaskin. Flera uteplatser och grill. Huset ligger på liten enskild väg utan direkt insyn och 200 meter till stranden.

Minsta antal nätter att hyra är 3 stycken.

5 minuter promenad till Ica-butik.
10 minuter promenad till en av Tjörns finaste kommunala stränder med hopptorn.
Nära Rönnäng och färjan till Dyrön och Åstol.
Tjörn har mycket att erbjuda som bad, paddling, vandring, konst, restauranger.
