Welcome to a wonderful vacation home located by one of Sweden’s most beautiful beaches – Kyhls strand in Österlen.
The surrounding is characterized by the beautiful, snow-white and miles long sand beach, drift hills and the beach forest.
The sea bath is very shallow and therefore perfectly suited for families with children.
The house is located at a 1 600 sqm lush yard with only 150 m to the beach.
It is a spacious house (appr. 200 sqm) with a lovely feel to it. You have room for gatherings but are also able to have privacy.
In the middle of the house there is a big open kitchen/dining area with a fireplace and a window door to the wooden deck with evening sun.
In the kitchen, there is a big dining table, enough to fit both family and friends.
The right wing has a living room with tv, a bathroom with shower, a big bedroom with a queen size bed and a bedroom upstairs with three single beds.
The left wing’s bottom floor houses four bright bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. On the top floor there is another living room that is popular with the younger guests. There you will also find a sleeping quarter for up to five people.
There are wooden decks facing both east and west, making sure one can enjoy both morning and evening sun. In the garden, there is a climbing frame, a trampoline and toys for the younger visitors. There is also a barbeque and outdoor furnishing to enjoy summer evenings.
Österlen is close to almost anything and there are lots to see and do.
Kyhls strand borders Borrby strand where a modern campsite offers RV and camper accommodations, kiosk, tennis court, boule, shuffleboard and a 25 meter long swimming pool with lifeguards.
The closest bigger village with a store and other service stations is Borrby, four kilometers away.
Skillinge, a lovely fishing village which offers nice restaurants and a harbor nook, can be reached by bike or by the snow-white beachwalk along the sea.
The famous and often visited Ales stenar is only 15 km away and the bigger harbor city Simrishamn, offering both cultural stops, restaurants and activities is only 17 km from the house.
