The house was newly built in 2021 and is a non-smoking house, although you are of course welcome to smoke in nature. Please remember to bring bed linen and towels.

In Annuelund, about 7 km away, you will find shops, a petrol station and a large cheese factory where you can buy cheese. A bank and other shops are about 15 km away.

Lake Sämsjön is 7 km long and 5 km wide and just gorgeous. There are 10 small islands on the lake that offer pure adventure and nature. Anglers get their money's worth in both summer and winter. When the lake freezes over there is fantastic ice fishing, ice skating, cross country skiing and hiking. The town of Ullricehamn, about 20 km away, has a small ski area with 6 lifts where you can ski. A golf course is about 15 km away and there are several golf courses in the area. Whether in summer or winter, there really is something for everyone.

The holiday home is suitable for 2 adults. It offers a TV, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a grill, a kettle, crockery, pots and cutlery. The bathroom with toilet and shower is in a separate building. To get to the sleeping loft, you can use an automatic staircase. The bed is 180 cm wide.
