Newly renovated small holiday home of a high standard. The perfect cottage as a base for your hiking in Åre and its surroundings. Amazing trails such as the Jämtland Triangle, Blanktjärnsrundan or Åreskutan all around.

The location also offers the most full and half-day hiking trails directly from the cottage.

Only 100 meters to the center of Björnen with bike rental and the start of XC. The house contains a modern kitchen/living room, bathroom with shower and two small bedrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dining area for 4 people.

Wifi and cable TV available

Large terrace and unobstructed view of Åreskutan.

Bed linen and towels are not included but are taken by guests.
Housekeeping is not included - guests clean themselves before check-out.

No pets or smoking. Age limit for booking 25 years old. A maximum number of tenants in the cottage are 2 adults 2 children or 3 adults.

Weekly rental Saturday-Saturday.
