Rental Åre Björnen

You are welcome to rent our apartment in Åre during this winter. The apartment is located in 7 km outside Åre village in the skiresort Åre Björnen. There is comfortable ski-in and ski-out to the main lift system of Åre. Ski hire, shops, restaurants and ski bus are within walking distance.

The apartment is on 2 levels and has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 a bunk bed. On this level there is a bathroom, shower and sauna. Downstairs there is a larger bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. Downstairs there is also a bathroom and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed. At the kitchen table in the common room there is space for 8-10 people. In the commonrom there is a TV and an open fire.
There is free WIFI .

There are blankets and pillows but bed linen must be brought by yourselves
Cleaning is included.

The apartment is normally rented Sunday to Sunday. No smoking, no pets. You must be 25 years old.
