Welcome to rent our modern summer residence (two houses, 10 beds) with a sea view along the beautiful Eksta coast in Djupvik – perfect for two families or multi-generational stays. The property is located just 350 meters from the sea, the beach, stunning sunsets, and the highly regarded Djupvik Hotel & Restaurant (djupvikhotel.com).

Both houses offer modern comfort and generous outdoor spaces. The main house (approx. 95 m², 6 beds) and the guest house (approx. 40 m², 4 beds) are surrounded by large wooden decks, a pergola, fence, and the main house features a roof terrace with lounge furniture and nice sunsets. Fiber internet is included (main house).

Eksta’s coastline lies on Gotland’s west side, about 40 km south of Visby, overlooking the islands of Stora and Lilla Karlsö. The coast stretches for about 10 km along the sea with bathing beaches, fossil-rich shores, and nature reserves – ideal for walking, running, cycling, or simply enjoying the peaceful scenery.
Djupvik Harbour, just below the hotel, has a beach, picturesque fishing huts, a small café, and a guest marina. The nearest grocery store is about 10 km away in Klintehamn, which also offers a gas station, tennis and paddle courts, restaurants, and boats to the Karlsö islands.

House 1 (approx. 95 m², 4 rooms, 6 beds)
• 3 bedrooms – 1 larger master bedroom (double bed) and 2 smaller bedrooms with built-in bunk beds with quality mattresses. All bedrooms have direct access to the terrace.
• Fully equipped kitchen (Miele hob, oven, microwave) with dining area for 8–10 people, fireplace, and open plan to the living room. The kitchen opens onto a 120 m² deck with grill, dining area, and outdoor seating for 8–10 people. A staircase from the deck leads up to the roof terrace with lounge furniture and a view.
• Bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine, and towel dryer
• Separate guest toilet

House 2 (approx. 40 m², 3 rooms, 4 beds)
• 2 bedrooms – 1 master bedroom (double bed) and 1 bedroom with classic bunk bed
• Integrated kitchenette and dining area for 4–6 people, open plan to living room. The kitchen opens onto a terrace with dining area.
• Bathroom with toilet and shower

The property has a large lawn suitable for outdoor games such as kubb, volleyball, and badminton. Trampoline available (without safety net). Partial sea view from the garden.

The house is rented only to responsible, non-smoking guests without pets (due to allergies). Maximim 10 gusts. We do not rent to groups under 25 years old or to party groups.

Rental period: Sunday–Sunday, both houses.
Guests are expected to clean before departure and bring their own bed linen and towels.
