We offer a modern and fresh apartment for up to 6 guests, just a short walk from the lifts and Björnen centre.

The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room.
- Bedroom 1 has a 140 cm wide bed and a custom-built transverse upper bunk, 80 cm wide.
- Bedroom 2 has a custom-built bunk bed with a 120 cm lower bunk and a 90 cm upper bunk.
- The living room has a sofa bed that folds out into a wide double bed.

The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen, dining space for 6 people, a bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, a combined washer-dryer and free WiFi.

There is also a private patio with a sunny position and custom-built outdoor furniture, perfect for breakfast, dinner or relaxing in the sun after a day of activities.

Everything is within easy walking distance:
- Ski slope and lift: approx. 100 m
- ICA Björnen grocery store: approx. 100 m
- Valle’s Square and children’s area: approx. 100 m
- Åre Bike Park Trail / Björnen bike trails: approx. 100 m

In other words, you can leave the car parked for most of your stay.

Vi har haft en fantastisk månad i denna lägenhet och är mycket nöjda. Lägenheten var ren och fräsch vid ankomst, och vi uppskattade att allt fungerade som det skulle under hela vår vistelse. Läget är verkligen oslagbart. Vi var bara några meter från skidbacken och nära längdspår. Dessutom ligger en liten Ica på andra sidan vägen dit man även kan beställa mat från en större Ica-butik och hämta ut i skåp vilket var väldigt smidigt. Kommunikationen med värden var enkel och instruktionerna kring in och utcheckning var tydliga.
