Quiet and very scenic area with interesting bird life (bird watching tower is nearby).

If you are in the car you will arrive in less than an hour all the small cozy coastal communities that exist between Gothenburg and Strömstad.
For example, Smögen, Lysekil, Fjällbacka, Grundsund, Fiskebäckskil, Grebbestad, Orust, Tjörn, Marstrand and others.
Lysekil and Ljungskile is even closer, and it is also close to the beautiful Nordpark Ark Zoo or the opportunity to visit the world-famous rock carvings in Tanum.
