Cozy cottage with heated pool and sauna

Cozy cottage of 95m² located on a private plot, with a heated pool that can be used, sunny and less sunny days. The pool is about 26 degrees warm as it is set.

But the Swedish summer can be rainy and cold, then it may not be 26 degrees. But when the sun is out, the temperature quickly rises to 26 degrees or warmer.

The cottage has a lovely plot with a large terrace where there is comfortable outdoor furniture for nice meals and a lounge group for relaxation.

The garden offers space for football and games as well as barbecue facilities (charcoal grill). There is also a fireplace that you can use if you want to grill sausages or other treats.

An outbuilding with a ping pong table and dart board as well as a table and chairs where you can eat and drink while others play, which is included when renting.


The cottage is in a quiet and peaceful area surrounded by beautiful forest. Lakes are nearby and nearby is also Silverfallet, which is Bohuslän's most fascinating mountain village. There are 10 square kilometres of wilderness and cultural landscape, 100-170 mts above sea level. Here you can wander, run, pick berries and mushrooms. Or just enjoy the silence and tranquillity. There is much to explore in Bohuslän. Many hiking trails.

It is about 7km to Ljungskile and shops. If you want a little more shops, there is Torp about 15 minutes north of Ljungskile. Lyckorna is located by the sea and is about 6km from the house where there are beaches and cliffs. There is a golf course and a marina.
From week 22 to 35 the pool is open and heated.
There is a sauna that you can use for a fee.

I am renting out the house from Midsummer Thursday to Sunday, email me for prices, but it is a fantastic place to hang out and celebrate Midsummer.

Here is what you can expect indoors
Bedrooms: The cottage has 3 bedrooms with different sized beds. Downstairs there is one bedroom, a small living room, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. In the living room there is a fireplace heating stove.


There is also Broadband/Fibre. Final cleaning is done by the renter. If you want to buy final cleaning, it costs SEK 2,000.

When you book, I will charge a booking fee. Then you pay the rest about 1 month before arrival. If you get sick and have a doctor's certificate, I will refund the entire amount. Otherwise, if you just cancel before, you lose the booking fee.

It is a perfect place for a hen party, stag party or if you are just a group of friends who want to have a pentathlon, hang out, barbecue and have a pool party.


Road description:
The house is located about 6km south of Ljungskile. Turn off at the Lyckorna junction when coming from Gothenburg. Then turn right and drive towards Ucklum. The houses are on the left and are about 6km from where you turn off at the Lyckorna junction.
