The cottage is located about 15km outside of Örnsköldsvik which is situated by höga kusten (the High Coast). The cottage is newly renovated and has four rooms and a kitchen. In the large living room, there is a wood burner and a dining area. At the loft there is a double bed and in the smaller bedroom there are two single beds of 90cm. + a spare mattress and a crib bed. In the bathroom there is a shower and toilet. Downstairs there is also a playroom. Spacious ground plot with garden furniture and a private jetty for fishing and swimming. Outside there are also outdoor toys such as a trampoline, sand box, swings, and a slide. Final cleaning available to purchase for a fee of SEK 2,000.
