The house is a well-appointed property with sleeping arrangements for 8–10 people. It is suitable for two families with children or a family with grandparents.
The property enjoys a secluded, child-friendly location on southern Rossö, situated at the very end of the road. From there, it is a 5-minute walk along a path and forest track to a child-friendly beach—ideal for crabbing and excellent for kitesurfing—and a 10-minute walk to the swimming rocks on southwestern Rossö. The house is fully modern, featuring a separate toilet and a separate shower/laundry room. There is a large kitchen with an open fireplace. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and two smaller single bedrooms. The ground-floor living room (equipped with a TV and Chromecast) offers two additional sleeping spaces. Wi-Fi (100/100 fiber) is available. The house features spacious outdoor areas with a barbecue and plenty of sun. There is also an option to rent an additional room with two beds in an adjacent outbuilding.
Rossö is accessible by car.
The island is connected by a bridge and features an old fishing harbor serving as a gateway to Kosterhavet National Park, a grocery store, and a guest marina with a café by the dock.

The beach closest to the house (approx. 350m walk—see map in the photos) offers excellent kitesurfing conditions. It features large coastal meadows with plenty of space for gear, as well as shallow water that makes launching easy. The property also offers ample space for storing equipment such as boards, wetsuits, etc.

Take the exit from the E6 towards Rossö, Tjärnö, and Daftö. Then, follow the signs for a 10-minute drive to Rossö, which is accessible via a bridge. The property is the last one on the private road Klåvornavägen, located on the southern part of the island. Welcome!
