Charming country house at Österlen (South Sweden)

Charming country cottage with stable corner near Skillinge. About 1 km to the sea and 3 km to mile-long beaches. There are a total of 6 beds, a large farmhouse kitchen with glass doors to the terrace, a raised garden and a lovely view of the open landscape.

The accommodation:
The house was built in the 1880s and har been refurbished, now modern with two bedrooms, living room and a large kitchen with new fridge, freezer and dishwasher, a beautiful fireplace and views of the open field. In addition, a loft with an extra bed. Just recently renovated bathroom (2026) with shower, floor heating and washing machine. Welcome!

Guest Access:
Garden furniture, barbecue and bicycles.
Sheets and towels are not included but can be rented for SEK 200/person and final cleaning, if desired, for a fee of SEK 300. These services are booked when booking the apartment.

Exchange days in high season are Sundays, with departure no later than 11:00 and arrival no earlier than 3:00 p.m.
The booking fee is SEK 1,000 and is paid no later than 10 days after booking. Final payment is made 14 days before arrival.

Other things to note:
The house is simply furnished, but has charm and wonderful privacy. Everything you need for a holiday week or two is available. The proximity to the sea, nature and sights is significant. The garden is spacious and consists of a large lawn, two paved patios, shrubs, roses and flowers. Large garden table where many people can sit and eat.
The nearest shop is in Skillinge, here you also have a restaurant, pizzeria, ice cream kiosk and café.

Low season 1/1-30/5: SEK 9.100/week
High season 1/6-31/8: SEK 11.500/week
Low season 1/9-31/12: SEK 8.500/week
