Beachfront cottage in Nyehusen, Yngsjö

This is a nice cottage on a large secluded plot of rural land 200m from the magic beaches in Nyehusen. in Skåne.

A very family friendly and relaxing area with opportunities to swim, go for scenic walks, and fishing among many activities. There are also a tennis Court, beach volley court and football pitch close by. The renowned and popular Österlen area with Brösarps backar, Kivik etc are only a 10-20mins short drive away.

The cottage has a newly renovated kitchen and new flooring (2014). New larger and updated bathroom with shower (2015).

The cottage contains two bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (180cm) and a room with 3 single beds (3x90cm). Newly renovated modern kitchen open plan with the living room, and TV. A large patio under roof with large wooden deck with sun all day.
There is a newly renovated (2019) spacious Guest house with a double bed with kitchen pentry, toilet, shower and sauna. Multiple outdoor games and toys are also available. A short walk 3min you find a newly renovated tennis court, beach volley court and football pitch.
Smoking in the cottage is not allowed. Regarding pets please ask owners. Cleaning is done by the tenant.

Changeover day is normally Saturday.

A very nice and calm place in a forestial area and just 200 meters to the long sandy beach. All you need to buy you find quite near. Several interesting and nice places to visit are reachable in a radius of 30 km. No disturbing lights in the night - you can see so many stars and our milky way in an intensity you never had before. The clean house has lots of space and even at rainy days you can sit outside under the big roof of another building - and has all the equipment you need. At several days we had a 4-legged visitor - a rabbit which did not fear our company. We will surely come back.

Jag och min familj (man och 4 barn (3-15 år) hyrde den här mysiga sommarstugan med gästhus i augusti 2023. Stugan är rymlig, fräsch, ren och har det man behöver vad gäller faciliteter och närhet till utflyktsmål för att få en härlig sommarsemester. Omgivningarna är lugna och huset ligger väldigt nära den fantastiska långa stranden. Det finns mängder av fina stigar att vandra på i närheten av stranden och mellan husen. Bastu och varm utedusch fick det bli de dagar då vädret var sämre. Boendet rekommenderas varmt och huset värdar var väldigt hjälpsamma, trevliga och snabba på att svara. //Annelie med familj

Wir waren im August 2021 zu zweit 2 Wochen und einige Tage sogar mit 6 Erwachsenen in diesem Ferienhaus: Das Wetter war meist regnerisch, es zeigten sich so aber die besonderen Vorzüge dieser beiden Häuser. Man konnte sich auch bei Regen mit 6 Leuten unter dem Terassendach gut aufhalten. Bei schönem Wetter sind die meisten Häuser gut zu bewerten, dieses sowieso auch, weil alles so großzügig ist wie beschrieben. Aber bei Regenwetter hat man innen und draußen unter dem Terassendach viel Platz.
