The first floor has a large balcony, equipped with a large barbecue, outdoor furniture and a fantastic sea view. Generous counter space in the kitchen, dining area and living room with views of the sea and 3 bedrooms. WC/Shower

Floor 2 has four separate bedrooms, with corresponding balconies in two of the rooms and sea views and a total of 10 beds. Living room with 1 bed. Privacy!

The ground floor has a laundry room, shower/jacuzzi, toilet and 2 bedrooms.

All balconies face west, which means you can enjoy the sunlight all day long into the late evenings.

More sleeping accommodation can be arranged upon request.

Road description:
Approximately 55 minutes north of Gothenburg. At E6 from the north/south, drive towards Stenungsund. Follow signs for Tjörn/Orust road 160. Turn left onto road 169. Turn right onto Hällervägen. Take the second exit at the roundabout. Continue straight ahead to Storgatan, then turn right onto Idrottsvägen 6.
