"Experience idyllic living amidst nature with two apartments, "Ateljén" and "Vindsvåningen," located in a farmhouse on Stora Hästnäs gård, just north of Visby. These apartments are available for weekly rentals during the summer of 2023 and for long weekends throughout the autumn and winter. The accommodations are well-suited for multiple families or generations looking to stay together. Both apartments have been newly renovated between 2013 and 2021 and are always rented together, making them ideal for two families or groups.

During the high season weeks (v26-32), the rental rate is SEK 21,000 per week, and during mid-season, the rate is SEK 19,000, which includes final cleaning.

Attic Floor: The entrance welcomes you with a spacious hall. There is a bedroom with two beds, a living room featuring a dining table, a sofa bed (140cm), and a daybed (80cm), as well as a TV. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, and dishwasher, and there is a fully tiled bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom with 4 beds (one double bed + one bunk bed), Sofa bed 2x80cm in a spacious living room/kitchen with large glass sliding doors directly to the grill and patio area. Fully equipped kitchen with generous workspaces, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, induction cooker, Apple TV, and Wi-Fi via fiber. Fully tiled bathroom with a toilet and shower. Pets are welcome in Ateljén.

Large dining area under the pergola with a charcoal grill adjacent to the accommodation, as well as a lawn for spontaneous soccer and kubb (a Swedish lawn game) matches, and a trampoline. Fiber Wi-Fi is available everywhere. Heated pool and sun deck next to the main house. Baby travel cot, high chairs, and safety gates are available for borrowing. Towels and bed linens are available for rent. The pool and garden areas are shared with the landlords who also reside on the property. Multiple parking spaces are available. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Gotland's oldest preserved residential house from the 13th century, which is just around the corner. Also, one kilometer from the accommodation is the local pub, HopShed, where you can also find frisbee golf.
