Hälsingland, an area famous for its cultural heritage, "Hälsingegårdarna"(appointed World heritage by UNESCO), and natural beauty.
The house is situated on a dead-end-street in a lakeside location with a fabulous view over Drevisfjärden. Relax in the big garden or go for a swim only 100 meters away.
The bigger part of this attached house can be rented. It has separate entrance,
large garden and pattio. Inside you have a big hallway, bathroom, livingroom with a sofa bed, fully equipped, large kitchen and a bedroom with a doublebed. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two single and one double. Central heating.
Fishing and swimming 80 meters, sea 1 km, Malnbaden (seaside swimming, sandy
beach) 4 km by bike or 10 minutes away by car, town centre (Hudiksvall) 7 km.
Close to footpaths. Within 30 km there are three golf courses.

Vi är på väg tillbaka för tredje året. Boendet är enkelt men stort och fullt utrustat. På övervåningen finns tre mindre rum som barnen älskar på grund av alla vrår och ovanliga vinklar. Trappan är i brantaste laget, men vägen dit går att stänga med en dörr för att inte de minsta ska hitta dit själva. På nedervåningen finns ett normalstort kök, ett vardagsrum och ytterligare ett sovrum. När vi varit många på plats har en toalett ibland varit i väl lite. Läget är otroligt fint med sjöutsikt från alla rum och en glimt av havet där sjön tar slut. Runt huset finns stora gräsytor för barnen att springa av sig på. Den lilla stranden är fin och väl omskött. Värdparet är lätt att ha att göra med.
