Low-cost, cosy croft outside of Borås

Cosy croft with private garden, garden furniture, barbeque, swings, and sand box. The croft consists of 3 rooms and a kitchen, 2 bicycles available to lend.
The living room has two beds, a suite, and a TV. Small room with 1 bed. Sleeping loft with a steep staircase and 2 beds. A total of 5 beds. There is access to a crib bed and a highchair, let us know upon booking.
In the kitchen there is a cooker, micro, fridge, ice box, coffee percolator, and an electric kettle. (most things are available)
Bathroom with a shower and an electric earth closet.
Bed linen and towels are available to rent for SEK 100 per/set.
Cleaning is not included, but can be purchased as an extra. SEK 900 is charged in case of poor or non-existent cleaning. Charging of electric cars is not included in the rent. Pets are not welcome, nor is smoking inside of the croft.
Electric cars must not be charged.
15 minutes’ walk to Frisjön, possibilities for swimming and fishing. (fishing permit required)
3km. Driveway to the lake.



Road description:
From Borås: Drive national highway 27 towards Karlskrona. After 10km take off towards Roasjö. Take left, drive 9km on a smaller country road towards Roasjö. After signpost Svenljunga kommun,
be on the lookout for yellow signpost Habo 1. Take right. Drive 200 mts, when the road turns sharply to the left, drive straight ahead, and you will see the croft in front of you.
