Cottage approx. 3km from the centre of Lysekil is rented out weekly. It is located near Siviks Camping with sandy beach and salt water. A short walk to a wide view of the cliffs and sea. Quiet location and close to nature and woodland. Lovely walking paths in the surroundings and you can also walk on the coastal path next door. The cottage is suitable for two adults and two children.

Newly built padel hall and a tennis hall as well as a mountain bike track are in the area. Bedroom with a 140 cm continental bed. Sleeping alcove with bunk beds. Kitchenette with table and TV corner with sofa bed. The kitchenette has 2 hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and coffee percolator. Toilet and shower in separate rooms. Highchair available to borrow. Lawn available for activities. Garden furniture and barbecue with barbecue tools. Swap day is Sunday with access after 3pm and departure before 11am (or according to the season).

Tenant does final cleaning.
