Holiday house at the lake with motorboat

Our beautiful holiday house is situated on a spacious natural property in the middle of the forest of southern Sweden, directly at the lake Foxen.
The holiday house is approx. 120 m² in size and extends over 2 floors. On the upper floor there is a spacious bedroom with a magnificent view into the nature.
On the ground floor, the cosy living room with a fireplace invites you to spend great evenings in front of the crackling and warming fire. There is also a winter garden where you can enjoy your meal in a comfortable atmosphere with a view into the woods, The meals can be prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The spacious terrace is a perfect location to relax in the middle of nature.
An aluminium motorboat (Linder 440 with 4 hp outboard motor) is included in the price of the holiday home. You can reach your own boat dock via a small path (approx. 150m) that leads across the property through the forest. With the boat you can discover the breathtaking lake scenery and anchor at many small beaches to have a picnic, go swimming or enjoy the sun. But the lake also invites you to go fishing (there are mainly perch and pike).
Another special feature of our holiday house is a wood-heated hot tub with a view onto the beautiful lake. In the warm hot tub you can wonderfully relax and enjoy the magnificent view.
Explore the woods and see the diverse nature of Sweden. With a bit of luck, you might see a moose or even more. You can also pick delicious mushrooms and berries.

The holiday home is located by Lake Foxen near the town of Töcksfors/ Ärjäng on a peninsula in an exceptionally secluded location.
