This really nice private owned apartment takes place in Åre square- just right outside the slope and Åre Bergbanan.

You cant live more central then this- this accommodation fits you that wants to be closed to the liftsystem, shopping and restaurants.

Big livingroom with big couch and tv.
Open plan solution to the fully equipped kitchen with dining place that has view over Åreskutan with the slopes.
Here its also a balcony entrance that has morning sun. Really nice to eat breakfast on!

Theres 7+1 beds separated on two bedrooms and a bedsofa:
Bedroom 1: Family bunk bed 140 cm + 90 cm (3 persons) – no window
Bedroom 2: 1 loft bed + 140 bed + single bed (4 persons)
Sofa bed in the living room (1-2 persons)

Modern bathroom with a lovely sauna after a day on the mountains with tired legs.
Here its also a shower and a wc.
