The cottage is located on one of Sälenfjällen's best vantage points, 700 metres above sea level with an undisturbed panoramic view facing east. Enjoy extensive views of Lindvallen, Sälen village and, in clear weather, all the way to Mora 80km away. Sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy the spectacular views through the large windows in the living room!
During the winter, the area offers downhill skiing for all levels of skiers, both on and off piste. In the vicinity there are lots of prepared cross-country trails of all lengths and degrees of difficulty, including the Gubbmyrens, Högfjället and Gruven-Färdkällan-Renvägen cross-country skiing areas. All accessible a few minutes drive away.
Spring, summer and autumn are wonderful seasons in the mountains! Hiking, cycling, fishing, picking berries and mushrooms, there are endless possibilities. From the cottage you can hike straight up the Södra Kungsleden via Högfjället, you can jump on your bike directly onto the King Of The Hill trail that goes right past the cottage, you can take the lift up to Sälen Bike Park in Lindvallen and ride downhill, cyclocross, cross country or why not the Cykelvasan?

The cottage is equipped with all amenities; wonderfully warming fireplace, large comfortable corner sofa to crawl into, 250Mbit fibre broadband, nice bathroom with sauna, well-disposed VEDUM kitchen with quality equipment, drying cabinet, boot dryer, ski shed, private parking, large terrace, several new board games, etc.

Semi-open plan solution towards the kitchen. Large windows with panoramic views down towards Sälen village, Älvdalen and all the way to Mora, large comfortable corner sofa to curl up in, TV with 26 channels + possibility to rent films, fireplace, board games, etc.

Otroligt mysig och välplanerad stuga! Vi kunde njuta av både kamin och bastu. Mycket sköna sängar. Utsikten var fantastiskt. Uthyrare Erik var informativ, snabb på att återkoppla, hjälpsam och trevlig. Hela upplevelsen var mycket hemtrevlig!

Väldigt fin utsikt och värden höll toppklass. Svarade snabbt och åtgärdade de småbrister som fanns omgående. Smolket i bägaren var att det drog rätt kallt i stugan och att det saknades snörasskydd på taket. Våra barn tyckte om att leka precis nedanför taket och en av dagarna lossnade snön och for ner. Vi hade tur och var inne när det skedde annars vågar jag inte tänka på vad som kunnat hända. Som sagt värdarna håller toppklass men var noga med att kolla så det finns skydd uppsatta eller håll er borta från husets sidor.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Tolle Aussicht und gute Lage zum Skigebiet. Die Sauna ist super. Eric war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
