During the Second World War, about 20 seals were trained to help the Navy to track out foreign submarines and mines. This site was chosen, as it was secluded while easily accessible. Sleep over in one of our lodge, take some time to meet with others in the common areas, ”mässen”- our dining and kitchen area, and the inviting deck surounding the historical pool for the seals.
In the building "Mässen" you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room for 12 persons
Accommodation: Fellenius, Palmen and Säl-Pelles lodges. Three comfortable lodges with room for 2 to 4 people.
Service at start: Outdoor bathroom with sink and warm water, outdoor shower with warm water.
Running water comes from well. However, this water has saltwater intake. We carry drinking water in tanks.
At the pier and around the station we have created spaces that invite you to reflection and recovery: hammocks, cozy corners.
Take a dip in the seawater pool or swim from the beach.
There is a rowboat for rent, and Stand Up Paddle to lend.
