Summer cottage in Yngsjö close to the beach

Traditional summer cottage with a lovely natural garden of 1700 m2 in a quiet area with 500 meters to the beach. The cottage has two separate bedrooms, one room with fireplace and the other room with dining area.
One bedroom with two separate beds and one bedroom with bunk bed with (120 * 200) and (80 * 200) for three people. The living room has a sofa bed for two people.

Patios in different weather lines depending on whether you want morning or evening sun and there are barbecue facilities with charcoal grill. Small charming kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, stove with oven and an additional induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, soda stream, toaster. Toilet with shower available.

The sea with stunning sandy beach is 500 m walking distance. There are many opportunities for walks in the pine forest and good bike trails. Mountain biking is popular in the area! The tennis court is 200 meters away and the mini golf course is close by. See yngsjotennisklubb.se for more info about tennis.

Good bus connections and good cycle paths to Åhus where there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. See ahussweden.se for more info.

3 golf courses within 30 minutes’ drive, Kristianstad GK, Skepparslöv GK and Degeberga GK.

Broadband with wifi available (100/10). TV with apple tv.

- Final cleaning is done by the guest, cleaning equipment and cleaning products are available. Cleaning can be ordered at the time of booking for a fee of 1000 SEK which is payable on arrival.

Changeover day Saturday.
Move in at 15.00
Exit at 11.00

Rental for whole weeks, but also for individual days by arrangement.

We spent a wonderful time at this cottage this August. It was our second time there and we will definitely come back again. :-) The cottage is perfectly appointed and tastefully furnished. It has a huge garden and a sunny terrace. It's only a few minutes to walk to the beach and there are some bicycles which can be used for excursions or just to drive to the supermarket. Per is a very friendly and dedicated host. :-) Our vacation couldn't have been better!

Trevlig stuga och mysiga uteplatser. Hjälpsam värd som lånade ut cyklar till oss. Perfekt för att cykla in till Åhus, äta lite gott o ta ett glas vin. :-) Härlig strand för alla strandälskare. Perfekt stuga att bo i för att uppleva alla Österlens pärlor

Smart med nyckelbox ! Vi möttes av mugglukt i "hallen"/köket och mycket dåligt städad stuga-efterkontroll saknades/blev glömt. Ingen kompensation eller erbjudande om städning. Jag blev lovad 3 fungerande cycklar, i realiteten funkade bara 2. Lite smidighet ang. in- och utcheck (bara bagage). Första gången jag har upplevd det. Jag hadde bokat 2 v. och trivdes bra där, efter några timmars rengöring ;) Tyst, nära havet (och Yngsjö havsbad där det bla finns utetoaletter och utedusch). Fina uteplatser, mysig lounge. Sköna sängar, bynkigt/trångt vid vån.sängen, bäddsoffa inte testad. Gäster anmärkte på smutsiga möbeltyger (vita och gröna). Bekvämt sittekök med det mesta, bra bad med t.m. Gosigt med kamin (ved eller el) när det är "kallt". Värden lånade mej en 5 pos. stol, fick oxå hyra sängkläder och handdukar :) Yngsjöhallen är 1-2 km. bort i byn, obemannad dygnet runt så kom ihåg mobilen. Bra utbud. Fin cykelväg till Åhus, 6 km. där finns stora matbutiker, apotek, systemb. mm.
