House number 2 is grey, timbered, 90 m2 and has got good standard. Newly renovated kitchen. Exit to patio. Large living room with good ceiling height and visible ridge, dining area seating 8-10 persons and a large corner sofa as well as an impressive open fire place. Three bedrooms, one with double bed (2 spring mattresses 90*200 cm), the second one with a single bed (spring mattress 80*200 cm) and the third with a bunk bed (plain mattresses 80*200 cm). Bathroom with shower and WC. Washing machine.
House number 3 (60 m2) has got good summer cottage standard. Kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer and dining area seating 4-5 persons. One bedroom with double bed (2 spring mattresses 90*200 cm) and patio door with garden exit, second bedroom with double bed (2 spring mattresses 90*200 cm), arm chair, open fire place and exit to garden. Bathroom and separate WC.
House number 4 (25 m2) has got charming summer cottage standard. Kitchen with kitchenette, washing machine and small dining area. Bedroom with double bed (2 spring mattresses 90*200 cm). Beautiful tiled stove, out of use.
”Härbret” (old-fashioned wooden store house), approx. 35 m2, historical building dating back to the 18th Century, with double bed (2 spring mattresses 90*200 cm) at request.
All houses are in good condition, while maintaining its charm and varied standards of exclusive permanent standard to summer cottage standard.
At approx. 5 min walking distance, you’ll find Strömma village with Kanalbaren restaurant and café, the best spot to admire the passing boats. You can also catch ferries to the archipelago running between Stockholm and Sandhamn here. More ferries depart from Stavsnäs harbour (12 km). From Strömma you can also go biking or walking at rural gravel roads.
Distance to Stockholm 33 km (approx. 30 min by car). Excellent local communications, direct bus connection to Stockholm 35 min.
