The houses are of the absolute highest class and are well thought out and tastefully decorated. Here is everything you can imagine - about 200 m to a common sandy beach with piers and boats and perch fishing, close to a nice archipelago. Just below the house you can take the morning dip from a pebble beach or enjoy the evening sun from the pier. The house has direct proximity to picturesque Norrtälje with cobbled streets, nice little houses and the river that flows through the city. Here is a new bathhouse, ski slope with lift and MTB trails, golf, hiking trails, fishing, a small cinema, museum, cafes and nice restaurants.

There are three houses on the plot:

- Dining area / kitchen in open plan towards the living room. Fully equipped with dishwasher (brand new), cookware, serving dish, fryer, cast iron pot, plates, glasses, sturdy chef's knives, cutlery and induction hob and fast oven. Large folding dining table for between 4 people to about 12 people and comfortable upholstered armchairs means that you can have dinner for hours here. Two full-height refrigerators and good countertops make it easy and fun to cook in the kitchen.

- Living room with completely open floor plan to the kitchen with a crackling fireplace with glass door and elevator function that both creates a cozy atmosphere and is at the same time completely childproof in the lowered position. Comfortable sofa bed and two armchairs make it easy to sink down with a beer in front of the TV. Brand new LED TV connected to advanced 5.1 DTS amplifier with Spotify for awesome sound everywhere, even outdoors. Computer is connected to the TV / amplifier if you want to watch surfing. The studio (house number two) of about 35 sqm. Tastefully decorated with retro wallpaper and good with storage. A family bed (bunk bed 120 + 90 cm), a 90 cm wide bed and a sofa bed. Perfect for a family, teenagers or in-laws. Here is a real TV with Netflix. Trinette with refrigerator and dishwasher. Fully tiled toilet with sink. Outdoor shower around the corner.

Guest house (house number three) of about 10 sqm. Brand new interior 2021. Holds a family bed, storage and is cosily furnished. Here, for example, the small family can sleep, two adults and a child or a group of teenagers.

- Whirlpool for 5-7 pers. Holds 38 degrees all year round.
- Two electric awnings (controlled via remote control) are available if the sun becomes too intrusive)

The cost of electricity, water, WiFi, Spotify, bed linen, towels, LPG for the grill, firewood and chemistry for the whirlpool is included in the rent. No hidden costs.

This is the perfect holiday stay. The views on the sea are beyond beautiful. The houses are very pretty, stylish and comfortable. The garden with jacuzzi is great for kids. Finally, Axel is a friendly and very service minded host. All in all, this place is a jewel!

Vi hyrde det här fantastiska huset en vecka i början på Augusti 2020 och vill gärna rekommendera det! Allt är i fräscht skick med en smart planlösning och alla moderna bekvämligheter man kan önska. Axel var en utmärkt värd, bra initial genomgång och snabba svar vid frågor under veckan. Bilderna gör inte solnedgången och den otroliga utsikten rättvisa! Vi tog även chansen att hyra Daycruisern och utforskade närområdet och Roslagens skärgård med dagsutflykter i båt, vilket vi också starkt vill rekommendera!

Vi hyrde det här otroligt fina huset i början av Maj 2020. Det är ännu bättre än på bilderna, vi trivdes hur bra som helst! Veckan vi hyrde var det riktigt tråkigt väder men huset är så fint och rymligt med otrolig utsikt, en bra eldstad, ordentligt kök, jacuzzi (som bara var trevligare att använda när det var tråkigt väder) så vi hade ändå en kanonvecka! Allt var perfekt! Kan bara rekommendera!

Vi hyrde huset en helg i oktober och trivdes super! Bra bemötande, mysigt med bubbelkopp i trädgården, öppen spis och stort härligt matbord med utsikt över vattnet. Bra med sängplatser, varmt och gott i huset. Bra service och bemötande av Axel vid ankomst. Nära Norrtälje centrum, fina promenad/springvägar i området. Varm rekommendation!
