Newly built and well-equipped beach cottage for comfortable year-round accommodation directly on the shore of an idyllic bay. 4 + 1 beds. Beach cottage has about 200 m2 private garden with its own landing and boat with electric outboard. The cottage is perfect for those seeking a seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The little nearby river is very nice to explore by boat or kayaks. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes.

The cottage is about 25 m2 + loft of about 11 m2. The cottage has livingroom, bedroom, loft, toilet / shower room and 15 m2 terrace with garden furniture group, deck chairs and barbecue. Brazilian hammoc at the shore. Parking next to the cottage.

Living room has a sofa bed (110x200cm), coffee table, TV and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator with freezer area, ceramic hob (induction), combined oven / microwave, cooker hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, etc..

The bedroom contains a double bed of 160x200 cm and two closets with mirrored doors. There are duvets and pillows for the beds and blankets.

The sleeping loft has two beds, each 90x200 cm. The sleeping loft has a low ceiling and is accessed via a steep staircase.

WC / shower-room is tiled with underfloor heating and combined washer / dryer. There are iron, ironing board and drying rack.

Heating and air conditioning (AC) by heat pump.

There is WIFI and 55 inch Android Full HD LED TV with SVT1, SVT2, SVT Kids channel, TV4, TV6, Kunskapskanalen and CNN, Sky New and many German channels via satellite.
Google chromecast and Viaplay subscription is included.

Private garden, parking, pier and boat only for those renting the cottage.

New boat in aluminium with electric outboard (0.5 hp) and oars included.
The outboard runs for about one hour with a fully charged battery (valid for a maximum of 3/4 throttle.
Good fishing for pike, perch, tench, bream and ide in the sea. Free fishing - fishing license not required.
The fishing is at its best in the bay by the house. it is possible to fish from the pier.
In the nearby Snärjebäcken you can fish for rainbow salmon. (Fishing license required).
Simple fishing equipment and life jackets in different sizes are available in the cottage.

A number of beaches within 0.5 -2 km, ICA supermarket, pizzeria and cafe within 4-6 km.

Smoking not allowed indoors.
Dogs are welcome for an extra fee of SEK 500
No music outdoors.
Completely quiet outdoors 22.00-08.00

Change of guests on saturdays.

The cottage can be long-term rented during winters
