The cottage is located on a peninsula in the lake Eklången with stunning seaview. 2 private docks, one for the boat and the other for bathing, both furnished. Garden Terrace about 18 sqm wooden deck with outdoor kitchen and barbecue.
Boat with electric motor and life jackets are included, fishing is included. Quiet holiday home area with great opportunities for woodland walks. Disused railway embankment that you can walk or bike on.

On the plot are 2 cabins the second of which is empty when the cottage is rented out so you are alone in the grounds.

Vi tillbringade en underbar månad på Gustavsvik. Huset har det man behöver för ett hushåll. Tomten har flera härliga uteplatser, skugga eller sol, 2 bryggor. Stugan har morgonsol på verandan och erbjuder en härlig trapp att sitta på. Rikt fåggelliv. Bättre än så här kunde vi inte ha det. Två väldigt nöjda hyresgäser.
