Newly built, fresh cottage with lake view and access to Swedish hot tub, jetty, and boat with an outboard motor. There is access to a private, small sandy beach just 250 mts from the cottage.

Two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, together with a sleeping loft with an additional three single beds. Spacious all-purpose room with dining table, sofas, fireplace heating stove, and a TV with satellite channels. A well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower. The cottage also has a large patio with garden furniture, grill, and a wooden heated Swedish hot tub and an adjacent sauna.

Kitchen with cooker, oven, micro, fridge, and freezer together with a dishwasher. Access to wireless broadband free of charge.
Private and peaceful area without any neighbours and just nature around. Several beaches and excursion goals nearby together with additional areas to explore net to lake and forest together with family and pets.

Nearest community within 18km distance, with grocery store, cash point, pharmacy, medical health centre and ironmongery.

We rent the cottage from Sunday to Sunday. Checking in after 14:00 and checking out at the latest 12:00.

You can choose between doing the final cleaning yourselves (cleaning equipment available) or let us care for the cleaning for a fee of SEK 1,000.
