Cottage Sälen Lindvallen/Högfjället

The entire cottage is well suited for 2-3 families or larger groups and has 160m² on three floors including a sleeping loft. The cottage has 14 berths and is located on Köarskärsfjället, right between Lindvallen and Högfjällshotellet. You can reach the connecting lift to the slopes and cross-country trails within 800 mts. The cottage has large living areas and is divided into two apartments, each with its own kitchen, toilet/shower, drying cabinet and fireplace, etc. The apartments each have their own entrance but are connected to each other internally by stairs and doors so full mobility between the apartments is possible if desired (if not, the doors are locked by the landlord). The upper floor including the loft has 90m² (8 berths) and the lower floor has 70m² (6 berths). There is a sauna downstairs. The cottage is close to nature with good sledding and children's play on the plot outside the cottage. Sleds, etc. can be borrowed from the cottage.


Swap day is normally Sundays but can in some cases be adjusted depending on how the Christmas/New Year weeks are booked. We prefer renting the entire cottage during High Season and weekends.


Broadband: Fiber-connected cottage with WI-FI
Car charging box: Cost per KwH used. Price set by the landlord at the time.
TV: Both apartments have a chrome cast to use for streaming. Service subscriptions such as Viaplay/Netflix/c-More etc. are the tenants' own responsibility, and are not included.
