You will find our house located in beutiful surroundings, close to the sea, with generous lawns for
children to play, partialview over Trälhavet, with terrace and deck in all directions.
A newbuild sauna with relax room is build and will be ready in jan 2022. The sauna is located on a high and beautiful place in the garden.

The house is bulid in Swedish archipelago style, with all modern equipment.
On the first floor you will find the heart of the house, the kitchen, where we have a old fireplace for
cozy morning and evenings. The kitchen has access to a light outdoor patio room, with dining table and loungeset. Perfect to enjoy summer evenings.

In the livingroom has a fireplace, sofas and piano. The livingroom connects with the
diningroom, with dining for 10. The diningroom has direct access to the south facing deck.
The master bedroom is on the first floor, also one bathroom with shower and a
well equipped laundry room. The first floor has under floor heating.

On the second floor has 4 bedrooms with a bathroom w shower, and a livingroom with sofa and TV.
