Summer house (cottage) Båstad/Bjäre

Charming cottage in beautiful countryside on the Bjäre Peninsula with extensive views and large sun terrace to the southwest with a dining area for 6 persons. Kitchen renovated 2023.
Split level house (70 m2) in three floors. Ground floor with
dining room and 2 beds (in two bunk
beds), kitchen, toilet, hall and entrance from the garden. 1st floor with a big open room with 4
beds, stairs both inside and outside the house and a big panorama window. Basement with shower,
washing machine and toilet. TV via fiber: Telenor "Mellan". WIFI via fiber 100 Mbit/sec. Only one house near the cottage.
Scenic view. The peninsula Kullahalvön and The North sea/Kattegatt can be seen from behind the
garden. Even week-ends in low season. In high-season only per full week, Saturday to Saturday.


Grill. Playhouse and Swing for the children. Electricity not included in winter season.

Several nice beaches, 4 golf courses 3-10 km. Maximum 6 persons including maximum 3 children and maximum 4 adults. Maximum 4 dogs.
No rental to hunting teams, bringing weapons is not allowed. If guests want to stay more than on short visits, the house owner has to be contacted.
Children must be supervised so that the playhouse, garden furniture and things on the property or indoors are not damaged. The responsible tenant must compensate for all damages caused by tenants in the group.
