We offer a just finished house of 70 sq.m plus a loft of 20 sq.m with a total of eight
beds in a privacy area at the end of the road with a plot of 6500 sq.m situated in
the middle of open land and forests. The house is built in two levels with a big
kitchen with dishwasher and a large living room with big windows heading the
meadows close by.

Two smaller bedrooms are located on the ground floor with two beds in each room.
On the upper floor is a beautiful loft with two beds in front of a large round window,
plus two additional beds. On the bottom floor there is a tiled bathroom with tub and
washing machine.

The house has got a very good ventilation system, which makes it possible to cool
down the all the rooms with out door air. During the winter the air circulates around
the house and heats up the bedrooms and the loft.

A large terrace on 90kvm is built around the house . There is also a large balcony
with morning sun and lovely views.

Gothenburg is only 25 minutes away by car, commuter train going from
Kungsbacka and takes 25 minutes to the train station. Liseberg,

largest amusement park is a great place to visit during your holiday.

The nearest beach is 3 minutes away by car. Two alternative beaches are within 5-
6 minutes. In rainy days you can either visit the Kungsmässan fair
kungsmassan.se or Outletstores Freeport freeport.se, two
large shopping malls within 12 minutes drive

The house has broadband and TV via fiber (100/100). Upstairs there is a 75" TV.
