Welcome to our summer paradise. Here you will have unobstructed views of fields and meadows. Short bike ride to sandy beaches with both Bedinge and Abbekås golf courses nearby.

Kitchen, dining room and large living room with TV. WiFi. Small bathroom with shower on the entrance floor. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with space for two people each (including a cot in the smaller bedroom). There is also a single bed in the hall upstairs. Outside you have a lovely garden with a terrace with dining area and a cozy conservatory. The basement is fully tiled and has a washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet. There is also a toilet with sink and bathtub.

The house is located near the old fishing villages of Smygehuk and Abbekås. Here you find good opportunities to buy fish and eat well. Several restaurants in the area, including Hörte Brygga, Pärlan in Beddingestrand and Pillehill. Nice cycling and hiking trail (Sydkustleden) in the area. A well-stocked ICA is found in Skivarp, five minutes away by car. If you want to go to a larger city, both Ystad and Trelleborg are half an hour's drive away. Day trips to Österlen and Bornholm possible.

Conditions:
Bed linen and towels can be rented (150 SEK/pp) otherwise the guest brings these themselves.
The house must be left in a fully cleaned condition, or final cleaning can be purchased (1000 SEK).
Access Saturdays from 3:00 PM and departure Saturdays no later than 10:00 AM.
