The apartment, which is located in our stone house from the late 19th century, is charming and completely renovated. It consists of three floors. Bedroom at the top with a view of the sea and roof ridges. On the middle floor there is a bathroom and another bedroom with a view of the garden. Kitchen, dining area and hall are on the basement floor. Private entrance. Patio with own barbecue.

It is about 200 meters to the sea where there is a bathing jetty and a sandy beach. Beautiful walking paths, the Skåneleden path goes through the village. Mandelman's gardens, Knäbäckhusen and Simrishamn are close.
