Newly renovated (-22/-23) cottage located at the countryside with forest and fields surrounding. Only 15 miutes with car from Laholm. The closest lake is Hjörneredssjön (4 km) with it´s beautiful water and nature. By car (about 20 minutes) you reach the longest beach in Sweden: Mellbystrand. Other things to do nearby are golfing, canoeing, cycling and fishing. Laholm is situated on the west coast of Sweden, between Halmstad and Båstad.


The cottage is 73 sqm and the interior is renovated -22/-23.
There are 3 bedrooms, one with double bed (140cm), one with bed (80cm) and one with bedsofa (160cm).
Kitchen with stove, refrigerator/freezer coffemachine and porcelain.
Livingroom with sofa and door to the terrace.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.

In the terrace you will find outdoor furnitures and grill.

Cleaning, linens and towels are not included.

Please note that smoking and animals are NOT allowed in the house.

Traveling directions:
E6 Motorway take exit Mellbystrand/Laholm. Follow road 24 towards Laholm/Våxtorp for app. 8km. Then turn left towards Hishult. Follow the road app. 8km to Stäme and turn left towards Knäred. The cabin is the first house on the left side of the road.
