Cottage information

By Svartsö northern beak, between Träskö Storöfjärden and Ingmarsö, not far from Finnhamn, you will find Gistholmen. Pack your bags, forget all the must do and prepare for a break. Your holiday begins at the Strömkajen.

At Gistholmen there are 21 cottages: the large cottages, the small cottages, and the Caretaker's cottage. All cottages have their own unique view. One is located on a cliff, another nearest the meadow. One is in the forest; one is by the archipelago jetty. If you have a favourite cottage, where you feel more at home, you can naturally book it if it is available. We guarantee that all cottages have charm!


There are two small cottages on the island. They are all of 15m² each and have room for two persons. They are equipped with two berths, a small living room and a small veranda. These doesn´t have a private shower and/or WC, nor any kitchen equipment – but the Storstugan´s facilities are within reach.
