At Svartsö northern cape, between Träskö Storöfjärden and Ingmarsö, and not far from Finnhamn, you will find Gistholmen. Pack your bags and forget all the must-haves and prepare for a break. Your holiday starts at the Strömkajen.

At Gistholmen there are 21 cottages: the large cottages, the small cottages, and the Vaktmästarstugan (the caretaker's cabin). All cottages have their own unique view. One is located on a cliff, another near the meadow. One is in the forest, another by the archipelago jetty. If you have a favourite that makes you feel more at home than another, you can naturally book just that one, subject to availability. We guarantee that all the cottages have their own charm!


There are 18 large cottages on the island. They are 25m² each and have room for 4 persons. In these there is one divisible 160 cm. bed, a sofa bed for two and a small kitchen with hobs, micro, and a fridge. There is also a private toilet with a shower, together with a veranda where you can have your morning coffee.
