Cottage with fantastic view - beach plot with boat

Cottage from 1850 with a wonderful location in Höviksnäs on sunny Tjörn. The cottage still has the feeling of times gone by. For rent weekly Sunday to Sunday. The cottage is in a fantastic undisturbed location. Parking on the plot. The nearest swimming area is about 500 m from the house. There are many swimming areas within about two km, including Låka, which has been designated Tjörn's finest swimming area. Internet included. A cottage to stay at to go for a spin, swim and experience Tjörn.

The residential building contains on the ground floor a small hall, a smaller bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with space for 8. Living room with space for 8. Wooden floors in most of the house. The bathroom has a toilet, shower cabin and sink. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, stove with oven, dishwasher and microwave. Most accessories such as waffle iron, kettle, coffee maker etc. are available.

Number of guests
If you can sleep 2 in a 120-cm bed, there are theoretically 8 possible beds in the three bedrooms plus a shorter bed. In the cold attic (uninsulated attic) there are 2 more beds. A tent bed is available. But the cottage does not normally work with so many guests due to the size of the kitchen and living room. Therefore, a MAX of 10 people can normally stay there.

Two large charcoal grills are available to the tenant. Three balconies with outdoor furniture. Electric heated hot tub of almost 2 m3 for 8-10 people. Hammock. Part of the balcony under a roof called a pavilion.

Lovely lawns on the very large plot where you can play football, badminton, boules, kubb, croquet etc. (equipment available)

There are also lots of games to pass the time with indoors

On the large plot there are over 50 apple trees, rhubarb, plums, pears, blackberries and currants. You just have to pick what is ripe. A map is available upon agreement.

Cleaning is not included but is an additional 800 SEK.

Changeover day SUNDAYS - Only rented weekly June to August.
