The house is located in the middle of the broad-leaved forest by Bästekille Backar where a small gravel road leads up to Kivik and Södra Mellby. Here is everything you might wish for!

Nature is something to comment on. By dawn the deer comes out and the nightingale makes itself heard. You can go for a morning swim in the pool before your coffee, or an evening dip beneath the stars.

You can reach the beaches in 10 minutes. Knäbäckshusen, Vitemölla and Haväng to mention just a few. Knäbäckshusen´s beach is regarded as one of Sweden's finest! Stenshuvud National Park together with Haväng, within 15 minutes reach.

Österlen is Sweden´s Provence and that will be clear when you are staying here. The vastness and the light, the food and culture. The definition of an idyllic spot!

Food store within 3 minutes by car from the house. The house is tastefully decorated with newly renovated bedrooms.

This house in the middle of Österlen, is perfect for two families who wish to experience a spring/summer/autumn at Österlen! Also suitable for the larger family. The heated swimming pool is very appreciated!


Fully equipped kitchen. Cosy outside environment, which makes you want to have breakfast on the wooden deck or perhaps a glass of wine during the evening.

Utility room with a tumble dryer and washing machine makes it easier during a longer stay.
